The Final Justice For Ee Lee

on 8/3/2023, the sentencing hearing took place with respect to defendant mr. kevin spencer, jr. at the time, the other defendant, mr. kamare lewis had already been sentenced to essentially 26 years.

the court sentence is as follows:

“COUNT 3: The Court sentenced the defendant to a MAXIMUM TERM OF IMPRISONMENT of 52 years, CONCURRENT, with credit for 828 days time served; the INITIAL TERM OF CONFINEMENT in the Wisconsin State Prison System is 32 years; the MAXIMUM TERM OF EXTENDED SUPERVISION is 20 years. The defendant is not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program or the Wisconsin Substance Abuse Program. COUNT 4: The Court sentenced the defendant to a MAXIMUM TERM OF IMPRISONMENT of 10 years, CONCURRENT, with credit for 828 days time served; the INITIAL TERM OF CONFINEMENT in the Wisconsin State Prison System is 5 years; the MAXIMUM TERM OF EXTENDED SUPERVISION is 5 years. The defendant is not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program or the Wisconsin Substance Abuse Program. Terms of extended supervision: No law violations rising to the level of probable cause Cooperate with the Department and any treatment deemed appropriate Sex Offender assessment and any treatment Sex Offender registration Lifetime AODA assessment and cooperate with any treatment Maintain absolute sobriety with random urine screens Trauma screening Obtain Mental health assessment, cooperate with treatment and take all prescribed medications. Seek and maintain full time employment Obtain GED/HSED No contact with Lee family Restitution set to zero Provide DNA sample The court orders defendant to pay all costs, fees, assessments, and surcharges; DOC shall collect prison funds at an amount or percentage deemed appropriate by the Department of Corrections; balance to be collected during the period of extended supervision; any unpaid amount to convert to a civil judgment. Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes section 973.176, the Court advised the defendant of the following restrictions: Firearm possession; Voting .”

essentially, he received a 32 year sentence. he received six more years that his accomplice.
